Unmanaged VPS hosting

Your server. Your software. Your way.

Deploy a high-performance VPS with 100% SSD storage, full root access and a choice of operating system. Start with a standard distribution, one-click app or custom image, then configure the server for your project.

VPS hosting is unmanaged: you are in control of server software, security and updates, while the hosting team manages the underlying hardware and network.

  • Snapshot backups: Optional full-server snapshots can be scheduled daily, weekly or every two weeks.
  • Private networks: Connect servers over a private network and keep selected systems off the public internet.
  • Load balancers: Distribute HTTP or TCP traffic between servers, with health monitoring to route requests to healthy instances.
  • Block storage: Attach additional SSD storage to a VPS when your workload needs more capacity.
  • Optional cPanel: Add a cPanel licence on supported plans with at least 2GB RAM, or manage the server without a control panel.

Before you choose

VPS questions, answered.

What does unmanaged VPS mean?

You get root access and control over the operating system and server software. You are responsible for server security, software configuration, maintenance and updates.

What support is included?

The hosting team manages the VPS hardware and network and can help with issues in those layers. Managing and troubleshooting your operating system, applications and server configuration is your responsibility.

Which VPS sizes are available?

Choose from 1 to 20 CPU cores, 1 to 128GB RAM and 25 to 1200GB of included SSD storage. Port speeds vary by plan; the 16 Core and 20 Core port speeds are not specified in the available configuration details.

Can I choose an operating system?

Yes. Choose from available Linux and Unix-like distributions or Windows Server images, deploy a one-click app, or use a custom image. Available image versions can change.

Can I use cPanel or Windows Server on every plan?

cPanel and Windows Server require at least 2GB RAM, so they are not available on the 1 Core plan. cPanel is optional; Windows Server may have an additional licence charge.

Is bandwidth limited?

The VPS configurations list unlimited bandwidth with no traffic limits or throttling. Each plan has a stated port speed, which is shown in the specifications table.

Where are the VPS data centres?

Choose a VPS location in London, UK or Dallas, USA.

Are backups included?

Snapshot Backup is an optional add-on. You can schedule snapshots daily, weekly or every two weeks; select the backup option that suits your recovery requirements.

Can I add resources later?

You can select from multiple VPS sizes and add extra SSD storage. For multi-server workloads, private networks and load balancing are available as add-ons.

What is included with each VPS?

Each VPS includes one dedicated IP address and its listed CPU, memory and SSD storage. Additional IP addresses can be ordered.
